Enter Lauren Myracle’s Peace, Love and Baby Ducks Contest

Hellooooo, book lovers!

Lauren Myracle here, HUGE fan of books and readers—huge fan of all the peeps out there (that would be you) who bring the two together.

I have a new novel coming out on May 14th called Peace, Love and Baby Ducks. To celebrate, I’m running a fun, silly contest that gives girls (and the occasional super-cool guy) a place to form a community, complete book-related challenges, and be entered into the drawing for a pretty cool grand prize.

Who’s eligible to enter the contest?

Everyone! (Except cockroaches. The contest is not open to cockroaches.) But it IS open to everyone else: tweens, teens, old-heads, young-heads, librarians, non-librarians, booksellers, book buyers…you get the drift. (But no cockroaches.)

What do contest participants have to do?

First, they’ll need to sign up for the contest—there are full deets available at my website, laurenmyracle.com. Then, every day (give or take), they’ll be given the opportunity to earn “ducky” points (and read sneak-peek previews of the book) by ACCEPTING and COMPLETING a FABULOUS DUCKY CHALLENGE.

For each ducky point earned, entrants will get one entry into the raffle for the grand prize.

What is the grand prize?

A ginormous coffee cup filled to the brim with some of my favorite things. For example:

• CHOCOLATE!!!
• Swag from my beloved publishing house!
• A COLLECTION OF 3 CERAMIC UNICORNS NAMED JOHN, JUSTINE, AND MAUREEN!

Plus, in the spirit of the book:

• a heart locket,
• a peace bracelet,
• an adorable rubber ducky,
• and a mix of Carly’s Bestest Ever Hippie Tunes!

Also, because I am lucky and have fab writer friends:

• an ARC of Ally Carter’s latest Gallagher Girls book,

When does the contest start? When does it end?

It starts NOW, and it ends May 23rd. Participants can also go back and complete earlier challenges they may have missed, however.
