Green Day actually didn't hook me with Dookie--I somehow missed that in high school (though I can't fathom why--I love the album now). I started listening in college, after Nimrod, and I love them more with each new album they release. Amen! This is totally going to show my age, but back when CDs first got popular, I'm proud to admit my first CD was Green Day (and I'm pretty sure it was THEIR first CD, too).
