I ordered a copy through my local indie bookstore, and it came in last week. So far I’ve only had time to peruse a chapter here and there, but I’m enjoying what I’ve read so far.

A question for when you get back in the swing of things:

Is it common these days for a book’s release to happen off-schedule?
